Refund Policy & The SuperSDR First-Client Guarantee

The SuperSDR First-Client Guarantee and how refunds work.

Last updated: August 24, 2026

The SuperSDR First-Client Guarantee

If you complete the program as designed, have at least 100 completed conversations, and have not landed your first paying fractional SDR client within 90 days of your program kickoff date, you are entitled to a full refund of every dollar you've paid us.

We're able to offer this because the students who do the work close clients. Every cohort. The guarantee is our way of putting that on paper.

How to qualify

To activate the First-Client Guarantee, you must complete all of the following within 90 days of your program kickoff date:

  • Do the work. Every required course assignment, offer document, ICP profile, outreach sequence, and milestone deliverable submitted on or before the deadlines specified in the program.
  • Have at least 100 completed conversations. That means 100 live pitched conversations on the phone, using the same three-criteria definition we teach in the program and bill on with clients. See the two sections below.
  • Log your outreach. Keep verifiable records of your dials and conversations: call recordings, CRM logs, LinkedIn DM threads, or equivalent documentation that lets us confirm you ran the outreach the playbook calls for.
  • Stay in good standing. Your scheduled program payments are up to date and you have not initiated a chargeback.

What counts as a completed conversation

This is the same definition we teach in the program, and the same one used to bill completed conversations on live client campaigns. Three criteria. All three, or it does not count.

  • Right person. You reached a decision maker or a mapped member of the buying committee. A gatekeeper, a receptionist, or an unrelated employee does not count.
  • Full pitch delivered. You delivered the substantive value proposition from your screenplay. An introduction, or a request to call back, is not a pitch.
  • Qualifying information gathered. You captured at least one piece of qualifying or disqualifying information about the prospect or their company.

What does not count toward your 100

Miss any one of the three criteria above and the call does not count, regardless of how it felt.

A completed conversation is not a booked meeting. You do not need 100 meetings. It is 100 live conversations that meet all three criteria.

These never count: voicemails, unanswered dials, wrong numbers, calls that ended before the pitch landed, gatekeeper screens where you never reached the prospect, emails, and LinkedIn messages. They are all part of the playbook and you should log them, but they are not completed conversations.

At our pace, 100 completed conversations is roughly 33 hours of dial time, which is about 45 minutes a day across the 90 days. The 90-day window is built around that number, not the other way round.

If you qualify and do not land a paying client

If you have satisfied the conditions above and have not landed at least one paying fractional SDR client by day 90, you are entitled to a full refund of every dollar you have paid SuperSDR to date, processed within 14 business days of an approved request.

How to submit a First-Client refund request

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to hunter@joinsupersdr.com within 30 days of your 90-day deadline. A complete request includes:

  • Documentation of your logged outreach, including at least 100 completed conversations (dials and conversations).
  • Confirmation that all program assignments and deliverables were submitted.
  • Confirmation that all program payments were made on time.
  • A short written statement confirming you have not landed a paying client.

Payment plans

If you are on a payment plan and a refund is approved under the First-Client Guarantee, all remaining scheduled installments are cancelled and any payments already made are refunded in full.

All other refunds

Outside of the First-Client Guarantee described above, all SuperSDR fees are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, withdrawals due to changes in personal circumstances, employment, motivation, or schedule. The First-Client Guarantee is the sole refund mechanism available under this policy.

Chargebacks

By enrolling in SuperSDR, you agree to follow the refund request processes described above rather than initiating a chargeback through your card issuer. Initiating a chargeback while a refund request is in active review forfeits eligibility for the First-Client Guarantee.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect on your program kickoff date governs your enrollment, regardless of later changes.
