Acceptance of these terms

By using supersdrcommunity.com, booking a call, or joining SuperSDR, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the program. SuperSDR is operated by Deskin Enterprises LLC.

What SuperSDR is

SuperSDR is an education, training, and coaching program for people who want to work as independent fractional sales development reps. It includes a community, live coaching, scripts, a pricing model, and a recommended tech stack.

It is not employment, and joining does not make you our employee, partner, or agent. Except where a specific tier explicitly states otherwise in writing, the program does not place you with clients or guarantee that you will be hired by anyone.

No professional advice

The program is for general educational purposes. It is not legal, tax, financial, or business advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and for complying with the laws that apply to your work, including rules on outbound calling and messaging in your area.

No income guarantee

We make no promise that you will earn any particular amount, or any amount at all. Income examples and testimonials are not typical and are not a guarantee of your results. See our Earnings Disclaimer for the full statement.

The action-based guarantee

If your tier includes our guarantee: if you join, do the work, log your outreach, and run the playbook as taught, and you do not land your first paying client within 90 days, we will refund what you paid for the program.

The guarantee is conditioned on you doing the work. We may ask you to show your logged activity to confirm. It is not a promise of income and it does not cover results you did not work for.

Payments and refunds

Prices and what each tier includes are explained on your call and in your enrollment agreement. Except for the action-based guarantee described above, or where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Any enrollment agreement you sign controls if it conflicts with this section.

Intellectual property

All program materials, including videos, scripts, frameworks, and documents, are owned by Deskin Enterprises LLC and provided for your individual use. You may not copy, resell, share, or redistribute them without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the site and program lawfully and not to misuse them, including by attempting to disrupt the site, infringe our or others' rights, or share access with people who have not enrolled.

Third-party services and links

The site and program reference third-party tools and may link to other sites. We are not responsible for those services or their content. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site and program are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Deskin Enterprises LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or program. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located there.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date below. Your continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
